Bassmaster Classic. The ultimate fishing competition, the Bassmaster Classic is a world-famous must for bass fishermen and fans. The 36th annual competition, officially known as the CITGO Bassmaster Classic, will take place at Lake Tohopekaliga near Kissimmee/Davenport, Florida in February 2007. With over $700,000 worth of prizes up for grabs and a top prize of $200,000, there's big reward at this festive fish tournament.
Sunshine Regional Chili Cook-Off. Kissimmee's Lakefront Park stages a chili cook-off January 2007 with free chili samples offered by contestants, live music, arts & crafts vendors, children's activities, food & beverage booths, and a festive beer garden. Kissimmee Festival of Rhythm and Blues. Celebrating black history, the Festival of Rhythm and Blues at Kissimmee's Lakefront Park (Feb. 2007) gives you a chance to enjoy live music, arts, crafts and entertainment. Past musical performers have included the SOS Band, the Delphonics, The Drifters, Mime Boys, and Sister Soul.

Caribbean Fusion. Caribbean Fusion is a free spring-time music and dance concert in Kissimmee's Lakefront Park. Activities around the park celebrate Caribbean and Latino culture, arts and crafts and the food of the islands every March.
Symphony in the Park. Following several other themed events, Symphony in the Park in May brings the concert season in Kissimmee's Lakefront Park to an end in style.
