Area NeighborhoodsDowntown Orlando. Orlando’s charming downtown - just northeast of Walt Disney World on I-4 - offers many upscale restaurants, theaters, museums, the very visitor-friendly Orlando Science Center, nightclubs and entertainment for the whole family. Shopping is plentiful and dozens of antiques shops line "Antique Row" on Orange Avenue near Lake Ivanhoe.
Lake Buena Vista. Lake Buena Vista, which encompasses all of WDW is the home of many resorts, restaurants and shops set along alcoves and tree lined side streets for a quieter, charming atmosphere.
Celebration. This quaint community, lined with beautiful homes, shade trees and lovely landscaping is a picture of perfection. Market Street's charming shops and restaurants are an upscale version of a bygone era.

International Drive Area. Known as I-Drive, this busy tourist zone is home to more than 100 resorts and hotels, countless restaurants, attractions, shopping, entertainment and the I-Ride Trolley. The south end - chock-full of restaurants - has tree-lined walkways for a pleasant stroll.
Winter Park. Located north of downtown Orlando, Winter Park offers an upscale ambience and quaint southern charm. The town's biggest draw is Park Avenue, with its upscale shops and restaurants set along tree-lined cobblestone streets. This part of the suburbs is a relaxing adult getaway and a nice place to escape the kids and crowds.
