Area Neighborhoods Wide World of Sports Complex. Disney’s 200-acre Wide World of Sports Complex hits a homer with a 7,500-seat baseball stadium - dubbed Cracker Jack Stadium - that's the spring training home of the Atlanta Braves and home field of baseball’s Orlando Rays. The sports oasis features a 5,000-seat field house with six basketball courts, a fitness center, and training rooms; major-league practice fields and pitching mounds; 4 softball fields; 12 tennis courts - including a 2,000-seat stadium center court; a track-and-field complex; a golf driving range; and the Hess Sports Fields, including baseball, soccer, lacrosse, and football fields. A variety of events, from tennis tournaments to band competitions, are hosted here. Orlando Magic Basketball. NBA's Orlando Magic which plays 41 of its regular-season games at TD Waterhouse Centre - formerly the Orlando Arena - from October to April. Single-game tickets ($25 -$175) may be purchased at the arena or Ticketmaster (407-839-3900).
Orlando Predators Arena Football. Enjoy up-close crunching and a festive atmosphere at TD Waterhouse Centre, where you can watch the Orlando Predators play arena football February through May. With a few championships under their belts, the Predators have a loyal and rowdy following. Tickets ($6 - $50) are often available on game day at the arena. Call 407-447-7337.
Orlando Baseball. From April to September, the Orlando Rays, the Tampa Bay Devil Rays' Class AA Southern League affiliate, play 70 exciting home games at Disney’s Wide World of Sports. You can also catch the Atlanta Braves play 18 games during their one-month spring training season at Wide World of Sports beginning in March. Tickets are $13 to $21 at Ticketmaster (407-839-3900).

With a variety of degree and certificate options, Polk Community College offers Associate in Arts (AA), Associate in Science (AS) and Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degrees for transfer to four-year institutions or mastering skills for high-demand careers. PCC’s Corporate College is the ideal setting for professionals to participate in continuing education in their field. Collegiate High School lets qualified high school students earn a high school diploma and a college degree concurrently. PCC also offers a new Honors Program.
